F-Word Farm (Farming, Foraging, Fermenting) was started out of a love for the environment. F-Word Farm is an Earth centered farm that practices organic, no-till farming focused on building eco-systems & soil.
These vinegars and shrubs are the only made from scratch (from the first ferment, on) in the area. Every small batch of vinegar is handcrafted primarily local ingredients (either F-Word Farm grown, other local farm, or up-cycled ingredients for local businesses). They contain “good for you” gut microbes, acquired through a long slow fermentation period, which takes months up to years to make.
The owner is also passionate about teaching fermentation methods to reduce food waste, foraging to promote appreciation for local food, and farming to protect our soil & eco-systems. She teaches at many local libraries, garden clubs, senior centers, and more.

Every bottle of F-Word Farm vinegar is handcrafted primarily from ingredients grown or foraged from F-Word Farm and the immediate area. The quality ingredients and long, slow fermentation period make these vinegars you can’t find anywhere else! They are made for drinking or using on food.
Because vinegar is an acid, think of using these like you would lime or lemon juice, but with the benefit of probiotics! Vinegars are also flavor enhancers, so they can also be thought of like a finishing salt. Sprinkle a little on practically anything and it will open up the flavor. Use them in salads, on bread, fruit, soups, cocktails, mocktails, pickles, in marinades…wherever you want a pop of flavor. Here’s to your health and our planet’s future!

Emily came to teach my STEM students all about the importance of sustainable farming, cooking and more! Her subject knowledge is off the charts and she brings amazing products for people to smell, taste and try at home! Everyone in the class was enthralled and wanted her to come back again. I highly recommend her for education, personal interest or really any type of community or corporate based class or team building activityPosted on Victoria SzmytTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. F-Word Farm vinegars are delicious! I have a little bit every morning for the health benefits and use it on my vegetables and salads.Posted on Beverly DoucetteTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The F Word Farm Vinegars are SO GOOD! So many different combination of flavors that will elevate your salads and marinades to the next level. The Heirloom Red Celery vinegar is my favorite for green salads followed by Garlic and Rosemary Vinegar for potato and pasta salads and for marinates and sauces for meat. F Word Farm Vinegars are full of gut healthy microbes. Plain vinegar will seem very bland and hard yo return after using these vinegars.Posted on Jeremy PaskaliTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I purchased the F-Word Farm's Garlic + Rosemary vinegar and Black Garlic Fire Cider. I'm very impressed with the intensity and depth of flavor from both these bottles. I also have been to three classes hosted by Emily, owner of F-Word Farm. The classes were regarding kombucha, pickling, and shio koji. She has provided the instruction and resources to help me continue to ferment at home. I have four quart batches of kombucha fermenting at home, I have made several batches of pickles and kimchi, and now I am starting my first batch of shio koji. I enjoy gardening and making my own food; and Emily's classes have helped me continue on my journey.Posted on Becky HaysTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.
